Rates

Rates include: sheets, towels, electricity, heating, water, internet wi-fi and English Channel on TV, reserved parking in front of the main entrance. Rates also include linens change every week for long stay, instead rates do NOT include cleaning every week for long stay, which is on request at cost of Euro 30.00, and final cleaning which cost is Euro 50.00.

 

Payments

A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is to be paid upon arrival.

 

Reimbursement in Case of Cancellation

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to check-in is not penalized, and the deposit will be returned.
• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to check-in will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

Substitution of Apartment

In case of serious and unforeseen circumstances, Magnolia House reserves the right to substitute the rental property with another of equivalent quality, of course customer will be always duly informed. In case of circumstances beyond the control of the owners, Magnolia House reserves the right to cancel the contract and reimburse the deposit and money paid up until the time of cancellation.

 

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit of Euro 150.00 in cash. The deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure.

 

Arrival, Departure and Conduct

Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) until 7pm (19.00). If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify to Magnolia House.
Check-out is at 10am, and from 9:30am a representative of Magnolia House will inspect the property.
Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.
